Well its almost time! Feb.28 is the month/date of the next D1 Grand Prix and this year its going to be officially part of the 7 events point series. 2003 D1 Grand Prix was only an exhibition put out by Slipstream Global Marketing as a test to see how well D1 would do in USA now that Slipstream had proved of it working here in California D1 Productions Inc. also known as D1 Corp. of Japan has taken over and introduced that D1 will officially be part of the 7 Events tour [1 event/competition in California and 6 in Japan]! meaning all the top 30+ D1 Drivers of Japan[only 16 appeared in 2003] and hopefully a few from the US will be attending this upcoming 2004 D1 GP*

So save your money and wait for my next update on more detailed info and ticket sales for the 2004 event! This D1 event will definately be an insane event!


*-US drivers might find it difficult to attend all 7 events since the other 6 events are in different tracks of Japan...unless the US drivers get major sponsorship will they be able to attend. Although US drivers may attend JUST the US D1 but by doing so will not place them any where in the ranks and not attending the 6 other events will force the driver to forfeit the season.
