EVO VIII open vs RS lsd vs ACD differentials

I am just looking to see if any serious autoxers have had any issues with the stock evo 8 open diff. I am coming from a IX which I can not complain about but now have an 8 with an open diff. I will be running street tires as I herd a set of R comps would overwhelm the differential.

The difference in open front diff (evo8) to the RS diff is very noticeable. The best part is you won’t be penalized for having the RS diff in any class. The RS diff isn’t that expensive and pretty easy to install. I’d say the RS front diff is probably one of the best mods you can do for an Auto-X car.

Adding the RS front diff is noticeable. Not as big of an improvement as a proper rear diff, but I definitely do not regret having gone with one. Got my LSD used from TRE.
