So i got aggravated adding and subtracting points to find the optimal setup for TT2 or any TT class for that matter. Primarily TT1-3 and i think ST class uses the same. I created a spreadsheet that allows you to really hone in what you need for a certain class points wise.

It includes min. weight calc, TT Classification calc, weight of fuel by the gallon calc. all wrapped into one.

This is made in excel and there are 2 files. 1 is for 2010 and up office and the other is 2003-2007 office. To use the calc, just input numbers into the INPUT fields highlighted in Blue, and OUTPUT fields are highlights in Green.
