They wouldnt let me shoot on the track for saftey reasons. I really wanted to shoot at the last corner coming onto the straight, it could get kind of sketchy over there.

The above pic was taken from behind the fence on the east side of the pits. And this one here was taken from the balcony of the tower/shop. That was with the camera's 6x optical zoom. This year I have a telefoto lens to mate with that for some more detailed pics.
What layout did they use for the track? Last time I was there, we used the full track including the bus stop and magic mountain, with the sweeper instead of the dog leg on the west end. And my best lap time was 2:27 in my Lancer.
