Just curious how much time do everyone who autox an evo shaved running from stock Advan tires to R compound like Kuhmo or hoosiers on a 40-50sec course?

 

I voted for > 2 seconds, but that's based on using what is probably the best R compound tire around (Hoosier 'A' tire) on a surface which is clean with a lot of grip.

 

it really depends on the surface.

I have not gotten race rubber yet, but after getting my falkins I gained about 1 second over the stock advans.

I expect to gain another 1.5 seconds (minimum) over the falkins when ever I get the chance to run r-compounds based upon my performance next to other local EVO's running in AS and ESP.
