Autocross wheels & tires
If I actually attend all the Autocrosses between now and December I plan to buy myself a second set of wheels and tires so I can have a set for the track and a set for daily driving. Is there a concensus as to the best setup in terms of overall value?
It seems that the Advans already on the car are the best track tires. So the question is: should I just search around for a another set of wheels and tires from a wrecked EVO?
What type of tire should I get for daily driving? Something that will last a bit longer than 5000 miles like the advans seem to.

Those Enkei RPF1's look like the best choice if you're going for AS and have to keep the same dimentions as stock. I think they weigh like 15.5lbs compared to the 20 or so for the stockers.
Did you really only get 5k miles out of your advans? Mine seem to be magical 12k miles, 2 event weekends and they're still at about 50%. I've actually put both events and 6,000 miles on one of them with a plug in the sidewall. Not the smartest move, but when you're broke, you're broke. >=/

Depends on what class you will be running in. The stock Advans or Azenis are good tire choice for street tire class like STU. But they won't be competative in AS, ESP nor SM. For those class, you really need to step up to R compounds like Kumho or Hoosiers.
my car only has 850. i've just seen a lot of comments about the advans burning off quickly.
As of now I will compete either in Novice AS or Novice STU so I will stick with stock wheel sizes.
