From the 2004 rulebook:

CBV and BOV both refer to the same thing, by the way.

I believe this rule was new for 2003, and was lobbied for mainly by DSM owners; the 2g DSM BOV pretty much sucked compared to the 1g DSM BOV, so they got the rule added to allow independent BOV update/backdate.

Gotcha. I see it now in the rulebook. Now let's just hope that the MR is on the same line as the other Evos next year. I assume it will be. <fingers crossed>

I sure hope they do. I want a real CPV, not this plastic crap...

What I want to know is this: What are the differences between the '05 motor/turbo and the '03 motor/turbo...
