Oh great after I had them installed on my intercooler now you are having problems with em.

Not me, Danny says he's having problems with them. I'm not having any issues.

Danny's car's running like poop, so who knows what's going on with it (sorry Danny, but it's the unfortunate truth).

You need to either realign your piping, or tighten the clamps more. I run 30 psi on a daily basis and have accidentally spiked to 35psi when tuning my boost controller and have yet to blow off a coupler. ETS piping and intercooler if that makes a difference

We use Breeze T-Bolt Clamps. They are pretty expensive (around $4.50ea) but the quality is the best that I have seen so far. Instead of using 1 weld point they tack the clamp in 3 locations, they also use a lip to make sure the clamp stays perfectly aligned and doesn't dig into the silicone.
