p0401 check engine code (EGR)

my car throw a p0401 check engine code (egr), i am running a stock 8 dv on 23psi not sure if that the problem but i just bought a forge dv but not yet install not sure if this goin to solve the problem, any input will be appreciated. thank guy

teh problem is a vacuum line came off of the EGR valve. very common. the vacuum line is a small one under the throttle body. the EGR valve bolts onto the intake manifold below the throttle body, and the vacuum line can be reached behind it, along the firewall.

hey thank kevind i will try that tonight and i will contact you when i am ready for a retune and installation of the new camshaft i just got.

i just checked mine, the vacuum line came off, and i just connect it back and reset the ECU. i went for a test drive definitely feel more power. let's see if the LIGHT came back again.
