Probably the same way I did it. I kept trying to take the lug nut off and eventually it snapped the stud off.

Drill, Baby! Drill!

But seriously, sorry that this happened. I did this a while back. I ground the back of the stud off and pulled it out. But I had already removed my dust shields, so that made it easy.

You could always just drill off the nut itself. Get a 110volt drill and a monster bit. Then go to town on the nut and stud until you drill off the threads.

You use an impact on tighten and just crank it on until the stud snaps. This has the nasty habit of f'ing your wheel up though.

TxEvo8 and i were just back from a 100mile breakfast trip out in the country!!

i don't know anything about Twitter, but somebody here know of a way to set up an NTEC account so we can Tweet our next impromptu cruise??
maybe a different one for you partiers?
after all, lack of planning shouldn't impact our having a great get2gether??

One of the easiest ways (I think) is to join the NTEC facebook page and set your notifications on Facebook to instantly alert you if something is posted on NTEC page's wall. That way, the moment anyone posts a notice about being bored and wanting to do something, it will get shot-gunned out to everyone's e-mails. Since most of us have smartphones with e-mail, that means we'll all get the alert fairly quickly.
