dfw mod days?
dfw mod days?
Just wondering if any of you guys meet up to bs around and install/remove mods(yes removing is silly)? I have only had the pleasure to own my car a few months and its a blast but i just recently lost my job and may need to part it out to stay afloat untill I find something new....sigh
sorry to hear about that
yes, we've had several meets like that and its probably time to do it again
anyone want to host a meet at their house or shop?
DonHerring hosted our first meet like that including use of about 10 lifts!!

I've put on a few since taking lead of NTEC and it is definitely time we do one again! I personally find them more enjoyable at someone's house rather than at a shop...much more personal. I'm willing to host at my house unless someone has a better setup/more tools than I do.
Who has what to install, and when should we do it? I know Krisko has a complete short-shifter and drivetrain bushing set to do, Armando needs drivetrain fluids, etc.
Here are my RULES
1. Everyone must pitch-in. These days aren't just to get free labor and leave. If you want your car worked on please arrive on time to help others with their cars too.
2. Please bring something to share (food/beverage/etc.). We'll start a sign-up sheet closer to the actual date.
3. Be sure to verify we have all the proper tools/supplies needed for your install. If you are unsure just ask me and I'll provide you with a list of tools/supplies you'll need to pick up prior to the event.
4. Please post up what you want to get accomplished to make sure everyone is prepared for the upcoming tasks.
5. Have fun hanging out with the group while meeting new people!

We're getting everything together nicely, I don't mind hosting a MOD day once in a while. We have 3 lifts and if we don't have a dead car on it, we can use it. We have bbq grill and a full kitchen if any one wants to cook.
