Local Port & Polish?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a local-ish place to get things ported and polished?

ex. - Turbo, etc.?

I know I can ship it out to Grimmspeed, just wanted to know if there was somewhere local first.

Thanks in advance!

FP, EvoD, Cobb (I believe they out-source to Watt's).

If its a turbo, I would go straight to the source of turbos.... FP in Mckinney.

Another good basic turbo port job is from PPI for around $50; similar to FP's porting but around half the price. If you want the most extensive porting available and you're willing to pay for it MAP is the place to go; I've had porting done by numerous places (MAP, FP, Buschur, PPI, etc.) and their's is second to none in my experience (and dyno proven as such). I have not seen EvoD's porting work though and would be interested in checking it out sometime. Kevin, have an pictures?

*update*
Wayne @ PPI has decided to close shop and is no longer open for business.

MAP is good to use. Just don't send a head to them!

I haven't used EvoD for porting, but I do believe that Kevin has flow numbers for his head porting. I'm willing to bet he can port a turbo.

To each their own...I have numerous friends with MAP built heads and they're all performing flawlessly. Are you sure yours wasn't damaged when you mis-timed your engine?
