I have been needing services and parts from Texas Track Works, Evo Dynamics, and Don Herring Mitsubishi. I thought they all deserved a public thank you for going the extra mile. Maybe they do this with everybody else, but things have been rough lately and these guys have been helping me make things go right(at least car things ) very professionally and even put up with my annoying special requests.

Good to hear when local shops come through for members in need!

EvoD has come through for me too, even delivering a set of spark plugs to my house.

 

Props to these guys I think we're very lucky to have such great, top tier shops in North Texas. Seriously if I lived anywhere else I wouldn't feel as comfortable owning an Evo (except for maybe a few spots).

 

I've gotten lucky and lived in two very modified car friendly areas: MSP with MAP, DB, & RS and DFW with Cobb, EvoD, DH, and various others.

 

just this week i was thinking the same thing...
not only great shops, but great guys!!
i couldn't start all over in a new scene and go thru the wringer again

those of us down south here have had to travel a ways for tuning etc.
my Miata was rejuvinated recently at:

Tandem Auto off of 360 in Arlington
very cool, honest and found the problems w/out just 'throwing parts' like some shops i've dealt with

 

Kelly that's great on the miata! I guess you priced it against MER out by MSR?I bet you came out well on that one. May I drive? Let's catch up sometime.

There's so many things I can't even list all that EvoDynamics has done for me... and Don Herring getting me things timely and being good and professional, and friendly with their work and effort. I couldn't have my car aligned without Texas Track works, where I know it wont get ravaged by a hoodlum and taken for a joyride for 10 minutes in valet mode etc.

Yeah Kelly, sorry I missed the week but I had work I had to get done, and the next time I have off I need to exercise, but a meet is at the top of my priorities list! Unfortunately, I don't have much time for meets, but I have some business cards I need to pass out once my website is made which should motive me ...that's kind of another topic- we'll catch up on it Kelly.
