We had a lot of pt and some of them are dying with just a flu, very young 20's y/o to 40's y/o, no other history, no co-morbidities. They are on ventilator, continuous dialysis, ECMO you name it. We have this pt coming today... die on the way to us. The new vaccine is triple or quadrilple strains. Some might say you are not 100% even with vaccine, study shows 56% effectiveness....at least you have 56%. The last we don't have this pt on ventilator especially dialysis or Ecmo(bypass like machine) This virus is airborne.

 

Scary stuff. Are anti viral drugs any help in those cases?

 

OMG look at this. I think we will all go to Virgin Island.

 

They do help but still others might have it because there are so many strains. Right now the vaccine is 4 strains in one injection. In my place of work they will terminate if you don't have vaccine.
