i'm goin to get the blacked out MR lights and i read on another thread here that someone had problems when they tried to get the dealership to install them? anyone else have problems like that or is it a pretty easy install?

 

assuming the mr taillights are the exact same as any other evo taillights, there are 2 philips head bolts per taillight. Took me 5 minutes.

 

and if your talking about MR headlights, i would just sent yours out to get smoked by someone like ams or evodave, if you buy the authentic MR headlights the beam pattern is going to blind drivers and they use a different fog light (which is were dealers probably run into a problem) but yah as stated above the tailight change over is simple

 

yes forgot to mention the headlights...i had them done at AMS they look perfect and $150 is much better than $680 or whatever theyre goin for.

the MR headlights most definitely do not bling oncoming drivers...yes the beam pattern is skewed the other way, but the cut off on these lights is no where near as sharply angled as it is on other imports (S2000's for example)

MR tails are a simple bolt in....takes 5 mins tops
