Yeah, we lived there until we bought our house. I had my wife's Talon broken into and then wheels stolen off of it. 'F' that nehiborhood. They also screwed me on my security deposit too. There is no way I'll ever rent again.

No, I lived in Fox Ghetto. They said when we left the place had a "pet odor". That was complete bull $hit, we cleaned that place from top to bottom and shampooed the carpets. They kept our deposit and said they had to replace the carpets. I was too involved with our new house to really fight it or care. I wouldn't recomend living there... it sucks.

Yeah I heard Fox Ghetto was NOT a good place to live. Sorry to hear about your deposit, even though it has been awhile.

Lament, was this a really long ago though? i've heard the management is different there now. too bad they got rid of security, although i saw a car go by with flashing yellow lights once. my cars are still safer here than they were in Elizabeth when i lived there haha. sometimes i see buncha high skool kids walking around, but they don't seem like they're looking for trouble and they don't notice the evo anyway (that's a good thing). if i see anyone mess with my cars i'll call the cops and then run out there with a breaker bar in one hand and jack handle in the other 
Craftsman tools will pWn them, jk. so far i had no probs in fox get-o, maintenance ppl have been good too, so we'll see.

This was about two years ago. At the time that happened, there were many cars stolen and broken into. It was even on the news.
I didn't like the nehiborhood either. The kids would always hang at the park and would harass people. The lady that lived next to us had complained many times to the front office. The kids would also throw $hit at elderly people walking by. Funny thing is.... I used to go to that park everyday. No one ever said a word or bothered me. Probably because, whenever I was at the park, it was with my two Pit Bulls.
My best advice to you is: take as many pics as you can when you move out. They will try to screw you on the deposit.

i'm kinda thinking of having a hidden camera installed on my patio pointing at my cars in the lot. or maybe i should just hook up a power line to the cars overnight
