yeah greg is awesome there, but were talking about warranty work. Greg use to work at herb connolly were they would pretty much let anything slide..no matter how modded you were. When i was talking to him at his new place (westboro) hes said they were much more strict there then herb connolly!

Who has gone to Grava for service recently? My Evo just passed 15k. I work near Kelly Mitsu in Danvers, but Grava is a good location too.

Guys, define "mod friendly".

Here is the scoop. We are in fact mod friendly. Alot of people are always talking about how afraid they are to go to the dealership, because they think that because they have an exhaust, that someone is just going to get on the horn with Mitsu and rat you out. That is far from the case (well at least places I go).

Lets put it this way with warranty issues. Say you come in here and try to say your turbo blew, and want it warrantied, well, if you are sitting there with a boost controller, sorry, noone can help you. But lets say that a strut blows out, and you come in here with a bunch of bolts on, as long as you did not alter the suspension, guess what, if your still under warranty, you better believe we are going to help you.

We look at it this way, the more parts/work we sell (regardless if customer pay or warranty), the more we make, the customer is happy, and it is on Mitsus dime, how could you go wrong.

Just to show how "mod friendly" we are, not only am I hooking up everyone with discounts, but our whole dealership is open arms to EvoM members. As a matter of fact, by the end of the week I should have the service maintenance flyer posted in our forum, along with some sort of "special EvoM savings" coupons that can be printed to save on services .
