I'm going to start doing my master's degree this coming fall at University of Dayton (part-time). I'm looking for a decent apartment (studio/1 bedroom) near Dayton close to I-70 that has $400 or less in monthly payment. Does anyone know if there's such a place? I still want to keep my evo so I need to cut down expenses somewhere else.
Or maybe I should live in my evo? Help a brother out please !!!
