[b]When: Meet up at/around 2p.m. Sunday July 30th. We will be hanging out for a while to give everyone a chance to get there, if traffic is slow no need to worry.


Where: Friendly's parking lot at the Sagamore Bridge.

What: Hang out, drive a little around the Cape, and then a BBQ at my house. It will be mostly VWvortex guys, but a couple evo/subaru guys as well.

From Boston area/Points North:

Take 93 South to Route 3 South, follow to the end and take the third right off the rotary into the Friendly's parking lot

From RI/SE Mass:

I-195 EAST toward EAST PROVIDENCE/CAPE COD
Take exit #22A onto RT-25 EAST toward CAPE COD
Take exit #2/US-6 onto BOURNE ROTARY CIR N toward SAGAMORE/BOURNE
US-6 EAST toward HYANNIS/PROVINCETOWN/PLYMOUTH
When you come to the Rotary, take the right after the Friendly's into the parking lot.


There's plenty of parking in the lot,, and even a Bank of America ATM in case anyone needs cash....We can shoot the sh*t and give everyone a chance to gather up because traffic is unpredictable. Most people will be LEAVING the Cape on Sunday, so there might be a little backup to get to the rotary, but once we get on Cape it should be cool.

Depending on the number of people (and the weather), I plan on doing a hotdog/hamburger bbq back at my place in Sandwich..If you plan on coming and eating..Please let me know so I don't go out and buy a ton of food and have to throw it away. Also, the floors in my entire house are being re-done so I will tell everyone ahead of time, the house is a disaster area/construction zone!.

well my buddies an i like to call it "the curse of the northeast" Either 50 cars will reply and only 10 will show up or nobody will reply and nobody will show up or it will pour and nobody will show up!. I would love to meet up, but ill be in NY that weekend. For some reason its tuff to get everybody from the norht east to get together. I also come form the vw back round were there meets/cruises every weekend with over 50 cars. I hope we can get something going.

I live in New Bedford, but I used to have an 05 Evo and I will be getting another one soon. You should have posted in www.fycracing.com one of the biggest southeastern mass forums with every kind of car on their forum. Let me know if this is still going on, ill cruise with my bike or my girlfriends accord.
