those kind of things need to be assessed in person. vibrations, whines, stuff like that could be anything. Your sure its coming from the motor? Does it do it with the clutch in and tranny in neutral? If so and it is a vibration from the motor, and your sure it wasn't there before then the shop must not have aligned something correctly. I would take it to someone else to get another opinion.
