evo8 makeing weird noises

ive been hearing this noise wen i drive with my evo like wen i let off the gas it makes this werid winding noise. my buddy told me it could be the differential. it gets really anoying so if someone can help me or if you had this problem HELP ME! im thinking about makeing an apointment for my car to go to the shop and get checked.

I would have to hear it but it could be the diff.. If I was you I would take it to a shop and have a tech. go for a quick ride with you. If its the diff. it's a pretty obvious sound.

yeah its pretty loud and anoying! i think it is the differntial. how much would that cost u think to get taht fix? thanks guys

All the info youll need. They both do amazing work call them first tell them what your expieriencing they'll give you great advice without the runaround and the cheapest possible solution
