hey all new to forums... and i dont drive a EVO but a saturn ion Redline. im here to say hello and hopefully amke some new friends, i respect all cars and hope i can find some non haters in here... here are some quick pics of my car.....

NO hate welcome. Get the stage 2 set up from GM. Warrentied and add some 40+ HP to that thing.

 

lol yeah thats def coming in spring 07.. after my recent track vist for first tiem ever running car relized i need bractice... lol least on the strip.. the 1/4 track seems to void out my straight line local road driving lol.. i jsut posted my times on clubwrx. net forums under regional, under new member in NJ thread if u wanna peak. lol

 

transfered my first time ever track times here from wrx site jsut if anyone is wondering.. ill share it to the public i know i need alot of work....

ill type in my 3 passes. scanner currently down.... i feel so ashamed of these tiems and afterwards found out i did almost everything wrong. so keep in mind lil more then 3/4 tank of gas DOH, still had 35psi in tires from a long highway trip DOH. also remeber Pass 1 had bad wwheel hop, pass 2 was wheel hop and lil slip on 1-2shift and major clutch slippage on shift 2-3, pass 3 took it easy (was nervous as hell the entire time lol so that didnt help but def was fun,, glad stands were kinda empty lol) my one last excuse is it seems since track is a bit stickier then a normal road may have added to my issues and i couldnt compensate??

feel free to comment away jsut dont hate, give pointers dont bash, lol probably wont run again for rest of this season but come march def wanna go another time or 2 before i start modding 1/4 mile Driver Mod version 20.06 highly needed.

. Youll get better over time 60' times need work. Let some air out of the tires at the track for more traction or get some drag radials for the track. Definately come to the meet EvoDan mentioned.

yeah that is what i was told after i did my three runs LOL dont think il hit the strip enough to worry about drag radials, but droping a few PSI will def be in mind next time.

 

Nice piece. It'd kick my *** all day. I like it. Took out a Colbalt SS Supercharged the other day. Fun. Felt heavy tho.

 

yeah not the lightest of cars.. and redline is round the same weight, but def alot of fun to drive
