Would you consider a similar offer on a GSR SE or RS?

 

i know this is possibly a dumb question but, is the car's emissions california based. i know there emissionns is much more strigent than ours. im looking for an evo9rs or a evo 8 or mr in electric blue with low milage.

 

I am curious about the emission question as well. As I am not from California and had purchased a "Cali-spec" IX RS, is there any difference had I bought my car from another state as far as emissions?
