damn...that sucks, that is exactly why i am not tracking my car up here. I already blew the trans once back home. Im not doing that a couple hundred miles away from my shop

 

Not sure if anyone here was at NED but I ended up trapping 124.4mph but track conditions sucked in the left lane. By the end of the night I switched to the right lane and hooked up with a 1.70 60'ft. but bounced off the rev limiter at the top of first gear!!! Determined and about to run out of race fuel I wen't up for another pass and snapped a rear axle.

 

a 30.xx at who knows what mph, snapped my first launch of the night

 

oh damn... i thought you would have atleast gotten one run in... damn man that sucks bro...

 

i want to get there but there calling for more snow and ice sunday/monday, it might be a wile.

 

Heard about some of the misfortunes like yours Russ. My bro made it up there and told me about an S14 that busted first time thru...hope the tow wasn't too much. Atleast you weren't alone in busting things up

 

yeah its alright AAA covered it (thank you gold card ) and the fix should be pretty simple. i just had it towed to DSG because i figured that they had some extra drivetrain parts kicking around, which they did. Even q was there to give me a hand at almost 11pm haha. ill be back in no time.
