ok now for the BIG Question... when and where is the next one .. we should do this this big atleast once every quarter

I was thinking how bout a school. Like a community college on a sunday, there won't be any classes going on and i'm sure we can come to some agreement wit security.

 

Rutgers University has huge parking lots ..... no classes on weekends .. but it would be too local for me .. 3/4 of the fun was the drive

 

how about the RAC in piscataway... i know that they have vw meets there and nobody had any problems

 

yeah the drive was great. I was also thinking bout contacting the pnc art center. they have no events half the time and we would only need the parking lot. Even if we had to pay a few bucks per car wat do u guys think.

 

+1....livingston has a lot of open parking lots, esp now that spring is here and finals are almost over.

 

Lets just let the mastermind of the event work his magic .. We can't do it right away because you know what they say "Too much of a good thing can be bad" We have to space it out... Can't be week after week after week cmon..if you do that the numbers will diminish.. Plus what did we all exaclty do when we got there park our cars and that's it ... The restuarant wasn't even open .. We had to go out of the park in order to get food. But the turn out was great .. I'd say over 100 cars...

 

Yeah it should be months from now and somewhere to eat!

johnjonfenomeno, nobody said we should have another next weekend... its better to space it out because it keeps interest. i honestly wish that everyone would come out every week, but thats just not the case. not unless you include dsm's or something

 

DeVry University has a nice size lot.

My buddy has approval from the Freehold Mall. Once they are done with construction which should be soon. We could make it during the day (it has to be during mall hours) and there is a food court to eat at. Also across the street a very nice place to get ice cream/etc.

This prolly will take place mid summer.
