If there is anyone who hasn't left yet for Epping. Please remember that it is the holiday weekend. I was out last night and the Police in Mass were out 'IN FORCE". I saw more police cars than I can ever remember. So.....take is slow, safe and quiet on the trip up and back, but give it hell at the track !!!!! I'll see you all up there on June 23rd

i couldn't get any traction so crappy. might as well have been FWD cutting 2.2 and 2.1 60fts. LOL. is it just me or was the track prepped at all? i swear i was launching just like on the street, and still was spinning all 4.

 

I kinda wanted to go but ended up having a big BBQ. Hopefully next year. Any pics of this years?

 

You dont have to wait till next year. They have 4 import wars each season. The next one is June 23rd. Hopefully, I'll make that one.

Everyone I talked to said the traction was good

Quite a few of my friends actually got there best short times it seemed.

 

maybe its my tires? I'm running falken fk452s. i didn't think they would be that bad, but i was definitely spinning off the line. running 20psi in the front 22 in the rear. i'll lower the two step and go back during the week to see if i can get some better 60fts.
