Can anyone in CT suggest someone who does tint in the Stamford or Norwalk CT area?

Not sure about that area, but Tintmaster in Hartford/Berlin/New London does amazing work. They've done all my cars and I've been more than happy every time http://www.tintmasterhartford.com/locations.html

 

+1 on tint master. Excellent quality work they do.

 

Tint Man in Monroe on RT 25 did all of my cars, as well as my friends: Evo, Jeep Cherokee, BMW 330Ci, STi, Acura TSX, Ford Exploder, SAAB Viggen, and another Bimmer. Never had any problems, work is 1st class. Look them up, they're worth the trip up here.
