I cant' access it. I have a home network and my Linksy Router is apparently block my access.

 

You should be able to get to it speedlmit.
On home routers, any request that you initiate should allow the responses through. I am running a router here and just open port 21 to let the traffic through. I know people who get to it with al different router.
Do you have passive turned on in Internet Explorer Tools>Options>advanced tab? That may be what is stopping you.

Don't know why, but still can't login. I maintain a website with Frontpage and FTP stuff all the time, plus I play Unreal Tourny online through my router.
