If by proper you mean the stock MR one, yeah. We all know how accurate those are.

And Turco, it's not that I'm nervous, it's not a click one, its a Hallman and it's hit or miss.

Either way, 500 miles will be reached by the time I get home tonight, so it's broken in. I'll just have to mess with it a bit

Ohh, Professor Turco? What if my boost controller doesn't click?

Hallman's not hit or miss...just turn it up 1/2 turn at a time.... you'll find that you need quite a few turns to get it where you want it. I have my in-car controller out of the car now, if you care to buy it...but that's an install that I will not help with...what a PITA!! The benefit is, of course, in-car boost control... it takes about 20 seconds to set your boost.

As for your boost gauge...no, I didn't know that anyone quantified the accuracy of the MR gauge...I strongly suggest that you by one that's graduated up and through the range of boost that you'll be dialing in.

Dexter...how was Cupcake last night?

Paul and Dexter - Rockband 2 gets released on Sunday...we have playtime?

I plan on getting myself a nice boost guage the same time I get a Uego. As for the in car controller, I would like to buy it but I won't be able to install, so I dunno right now as far as that goes.

Either way, I guess it'll be expierementation on Sunday

I check for oil without rubber gloves all the time. And that isn't hit or miss either, rather, it's all in the approach. Can't just pull in there like you're mad at your dad.

IMO, if you don't have a proper way to gauge boost then you have no business adjusting it.

Same for modding, if you can't fix what you break, you got no business breaking it...
