i'm here.... LOL

i am shopping for a gamecube. i really want one bad now. trying to get a used one that has a digital a/v output... and debating whether i want to get a new one shipped from japan... they want 160 for a new one, which i would mod to change the region, but... i'm not sure if there are option menus etc, that would be in Japanese? i want a new one bad, but not willing to dish out $160 and be dissapointed that the options menu is in Japanese.

I re-balanced the 18" Enkei GTC-01's that I sold Anthony (erratic evo) twice, and he still has a shimmy at 80mph...so you may want to get this done elsewhere. But by the time the wheels are done, this may all be corrected. Maybe payment of a beer after at Murphy's Taproom if you want me to do this I have to do my tires anyways after my wheels get done too. May as well mount both sets in the same night. I'll be in touch anyways as we get closer to droppin the wheels off.

Timn you should have no prob calibrating the machine there usually pretty simple. You just need a semi true wheel.

Hey people, it looks like I might be rolling to this meet with a couple of buddies. I've never been to the meet so it would be a good experience to meet fellow Evo owners. Is this meet still going down?

If they are coming from boston it might be easier for them just to meet us there to avoid confusion.

I'm pretty sure it is time for us to buy a new machine. It was re-calibrated yesterday afternoon. A guy from Hunter Products came in to make sure it was done correctly. I personally have tried 4 different sets of new wheels. I even just tried spinning just the rim with no tire. Even when Anthony (erratic evo) came back to me for me to re-balnce the new wheels after I put them on his car, he stood right by myside while I did this. He saw all zeros across the board. Even he was clear that I balanced them perfectly. I got a call 20 minutes later as he is on his way home with a shimmy sham sham in the steering wheel. Oh, and I did double and triple check everything. No visual imperfections in the tires either. No hopping...nothing. Its just a pain seeing that you balance something perfectly and then have a vibration ...I'll get it sorted out. Its just convincing the company to spend another couple $grand$ for a new machine that is only a couple years old.

I would most likely have to meet you guys at John Harvards since I won't be out of work until 6:30. I'm coming from Malden, so it'll take me 30 mins or so depending on traffic. I play on driving straight up route 9 as I'm sure Masspike would be traffic tight. Is John Havards off route 9?
