Not bad, I wouldn't mind buying it as a beater but I think I'm gonna get another integra and put the evo away this winter. Or, I'll try to pay off the evo lol. Night work ftw.

But isn't the winter when the evo's true ability comes out?

Not too shabby I needed to get a decent '60 time in my Evo but I never got a clean launch Think my fastest pass at 12.2 was almost a 1.9 60' lol.

if they are rubber o-rings you can put some oil on them to wet them and make them swell back up, if they're synthetic i'd try it but i wouldnt be to hopeful.

Yes but I plan on keeping the Evo for a long time so I don't want any rust problems further down the road because of the use of salt during the winter time.

When i had the intake mani off over the winter i used oil on them when i reinstalled. I have to swith the injectors out anyway this is just a good excuse to take it apart. I just don't want to replace a faulty stock part with another set of the same potentially stock part. I guess it is pretty common on the evos for them to leak.

Yea I know how you feel about rust... You could POR-15 the entire underbody
I have a couple bottles of that stuff and it works wonders in stopping rust and or preventing it. If and when I get an evo I'll be doing the rear bumper support/crash beam as I was told that's a major rust spot for some evo's.

Well some plans fell through and with some swaying done by my parents they persuaded me not to purchase Mike's Evo (smike). My dad would rather fly me out to CA to find a rust free (or w/e he calls it) Evo than for me to buy one up here. But at the same time I'm going to save up a bit more so I can get myself into a lower mileage and not as modded car.

Thanks. Yea, if u can make it that would be cool.

Although it turns out the "import evolution" car show is also aug 9th out in Worcester from noon till 6pm.

we are still going to meet in natick as planned at 2pm or a little earlier then if people want to, we could cruise over to the show (about 20-30mins west of there)
