3 tickets within 12 months = license suspension

but - it takes forever for the DMV to catch up to you. Then you have a hearing with the DMV. hopefully by the time you have a hearing, one of the previous tickets fell off the rolling 12 months. if not - you can "appeal" one of your tickets. this process takes (6 months was it?) if you tell them you intend to appeal one of the tickets, they will know how long the process takes, and if that length of time will pass, and have a ticket drop from the rolling 12 months - they won't even follow up with the process to suspend your license.

One of my buddies had like 5 tickets within 12 months, and escaped license suspension this way.... all though they only knew of 4 during his DMV hearing. One was waiting on a magistrate hearing.

They have to give you a reasonable amount of time to fix it.

Yeah their is also 5 tickets in 3 years period rule. The appealing and spacing the tickets out works. I had a friend that was constantly appealing tickets to keep his liscense; he was seemingly always up against that 5 in 3 rule.

Do any of you guys know any good shops for mounting tires on wheels? I need to get my snow tires mounted soon, cause my summer tires are useless in cold temperature. Probably prefer a good performance suspension/tire shop so I can get aligned, too.

Lester at Apex Automotive is great for alignment. Most likely mounts too.
