She's doing great. Healthy and beautiful. Very calm. Couldn't have asked for a better baby.

Thank you for asking.

Rule 19 in the off topic forums is to quote something that you think someone may go back and edit for posterity, in other words you said you wanted a X so you were quoted so that "when you go back and change it to deny you said it there is proof of what you said...get it?

For further explanation check out the rules thread in the off topic forum or just read any of the stupid threads in there, they are doing the 19 thing to everything.

ive never sold a car private party before. i cant seem to find my title anywhere. i own the car outright. can i still sell it wiht a bill of sale and send him the title when i get a new copy of it? is it possible to get a new copy really fast or is it something that takes a long time? do i owe taxes on the sale?

I lost the title to a car that I sold. I just gave them a bill of sale but the new title didn't arrive for about 1 - 2 weeks after I had all the paperwork filled out. I did as much as I could via the RMV website but I believe I had to mail in/fax a couple documents. As far as taxes go I dunno, I didn't include them when I did my taxes, but then again I don't include a lot of things.

HMM...He needs the title in his name to register it in MA. You'll have to call the DMV...I know they have this fast title process they you thru if you request it. Screw the taxes, you'll be fine.

yea turns out no tax has to be paid by me. hes registering the car in ny. i did a title search and the only one that came up is my original one from when i bought the car in MA in 05. but i have the recent on (feb 09) from philly when i was registered down there. i think im just going to sign the pa one over to him, and call monday to see if i can get him a ma title jsut to be safe. hopefully i will be getting paid early this week, and hes coming to pick up the car friday....

new car is either coming from nj or florida.... think smaller, lighter and more hardcore than a evoRS (fingers crossed that all goes well)

I personally wouldn't buy a car without a title, too many scams plus I think that a title is required to register in some states (MA).
