Exciting news in the E85 world in Massachusetts. It seems as though new stations are in the works. Take a look: http://www.e85refueling.com/location...AMassachusetts
That station in Canton is very tempting for me. 25 minute drive but it would def be worth it. Im excited to see more developments with regards to ethanol around our area.

On a seperate note im a little confused as to how the whole map switching would work. Obviously I would have a pump map and then a separate E85 map. So say I had a little bit of left 93 in my tank. I then go fill up with Ethanol and flip the switch. Does the tank really need to be drained? I have seen that most cases where people convert to E85 they get an initial tune and then retune a week or two later after clearing out the tank and filling with 100% ethanol. Typically a little more power is squeaked out from the car. What im getting at is the question as to whether its possible to safely run both 93 and E85?
haha well that is the issue. I get bad enough MPG and with our little 14 gallon tank the cars range does indeed suck. Roughly 30% less efficiency would not help the situation...I also considered that and it seems to be the only way it would be plausible. Storing ethanol doesnt seem as simple due to its corrosive properties.

i don't think e85 is always exactly 85% ethanol. i think that's the max. just like our 93 is e10, but it can be anywhere from 1-10% ethanol.
