I had an idea...not sure if anyone has done it or not 
I have 2 (new in box) Volvo engine block heaters that bolt to existing threads on Volvo engines. Now, one of our techs here is also a machinist. I wonder if anyone has rigged a block heater to an Evo, AND attached one as well to the trans case. There will be no drilling through the block or case at all. I am def thinking about doing this. So that my fluid temps are closer to normal driving temps on morning start ups. Especially during the winter months. Should have thought about this years ago, but I'm dumb. Having a piece machined to accept the "volvo adapter" and weld it to the block. That way I can remove it if need be. Good / bad....??

i know welding to cast iron can be a bit dicey- other than that, i don't think it should be a problem.
im almost positive all mine are on my car. i'll checks at lunch tho haha. id be very surprised if they were mine cuz i def remember torquing 5 on each wheel and i reused my stockers. im not sure which one is left and right. but we changed mine on ur side dave and d3xt0r changed his on kates side.
ohh you guys are right...Dex's was on the side with the extra lugs....and he had like 3 bags of nuts (that's right, Dex has three sacks, all filled with nuts)....
I think Dex left his nuts at my house.

So i am fine on brake/clutch fluid. My guess is the lock nut got loose from the last time i adjusted it and it REadjusted itself to close like all the time. Argh, cold garage ftl.

Yeah i guess that is true. You could always make friends with some local members and use theirs. I mean if we dont use these people for free labor, what are we really doing here?
