3200lbs, 350HP, 330ft-lbs of torque, and it has a better power curve (300ft-lbs at 2300rpm.) and a better Cd. technically it should be faster than a stock IX, our only straight line advantage is the AWD launch - and thats only as good as the driver.

i also think its supercharged with overboost normally pushing 1bar.

i think hes got a pretty good sized e-dick.


by the way, i've definately been beaten by one. He only won because i underestimated his car. I was barely pulling on him at 100+, when i only had a stock tune+the catback. so yeah theyre quick. Buy the time i was pulling on him, it was too late - he was in front of me on a two lane road.

now that my sister has an accounting job, shes been seriously looking at the 1 series! so psyched. she probably wont get it till next year, but it should be awesome.

 

i have a dr appointment at 4:30 but i can head over after that. if there's a lot of traffic, i may stop home first.

 

we'll get something better than stock on there. i'd really like to use the live tuning so i can quickly get my bearings on how things work. we can do it using flashing, but it just might take a lot longer.

in any case, getting something decent should be possible without too much trouble.

 

John banks said he has a new live tuning design with the DMA coming out soon so i am waiting for that. We can wait until that comes out. I am not sure but i think it only live tunes the fuel and timing maps which is still ok. Boost we can set and forget right?

 

we may have to tweak the boost- on the subarus, that's the most time-consuming thing to do. fuel isn't too interesting, but timing will be nice to do in real time.
