On a lighter note, Gruppe-s pod and radio relocation came today. Now I just am waiting for the gauges.....

 

What gauges?

 

Prosport EGT, Boost, and Oil Pressure. Hopefully here by the end of the week. Pod is in and it looks friggin awesome!

 

well ordered the JDM rear and the fujitsubo TBE tonight....I wont need a tune from the TBE will I? (even though I'll probably get one in the spring...)

 

No, but I would recommend it.

 

I know, all I have is a K/N drop in and now will be the TBE, that's it for power/flow mods..think I'll feel a loss in power without a tune til the spring, even though it's not a winter driven car...

 

The car stock desperately needs a tune. I cant imagine it would be much worse with better parts. Congrats on the purchases btw. Very nice selection. I am hoping to get the JDM rear sometime next summer.

There will be no loss at all. In fact, you'll feel some gains even without the tune. Lemme know if you wanna do the install down by my place.

 

Yea, man, that would probably work, with the exhaust anyways, I'll be doing the JDM up here, but the exhaust either here or down there most likely.

Dave, what exhaust do you have and what parts, (downpipe,mani, etc) and what kind of modding if any did you do for O2, etc.

 

Apex'i downpipe, Helix High-Flow Cat, Tanabe Medalion Touring (under 93 dB with 80mm piping) cat-back.

I don't have any manifold/O2 housing mods...I most likely have a 9.8 hotside as well, so it's pretty constricted...

I had to weld a bung into my downpipe for my wideband O2 probe.

Did you already order the Fuji exhaust?

 

yea I order the fujitsubo, but i am pretty sure it's just the Catback, so I should be fine for all the mods I hope, as in not doing anything besides maybe weld the bung...? stock dp and cat...
