^^ Thats cool. But I didn't buy the Evo to be fuel efficient. Personally speaking, I don't care what I get for fuel mileage in my VIII. But that is just me.

 

I care to the point that i dont get like 0-15mpg. I like getting as much as possible but i wouldn't take less power over mpg.

 

My next car purchase I will be more concerned towards fuel efficiency....maybe

 

The only reason i still on the sentra is 28mpg city on 87. I am at 180miles @ half tank in a 13gallon tank.

^^ Not arguing with you at all man. Thumbs up for having a 2nd vehicle. I am fotunate to work 3 miles from home. 6 miles round trip. And usually never above 30mph. So gas consumption doesn't effect me all that much. I want to buy a 2nd vehicle, but I don't see it being a reasonable purchase at this time. I only put $20 worth of fuel in my car each week.

 

Oh yeah i didnt take it as an attack at all. You are the lucky one. Actually, Dave is the lucky one.

 

The 87 octane tune + lower boost = not for me. If people driving Evos are that concerned over fuel mileage, they need a different car. Props to the guy who is doing the tunes though.

 

Does Dave have a short commute as well like me...???....

that 87 octane stuff looks cool tho, but i gotta say it is pretty pointless. buying an evo and worrying about gas mileage/fuel cost is kinda stupid. if that is a concern you shouldn't own an evo or you should have a second fuel efficient car.
