Key Mitsubishi in Milford, CT

Going in for service on 6/30. I am going in for TC flush/oil change as well as warranty work for 2nd gear synchro, 1st gear lockout, and a wheel bearing.

Just spoke with Billy at the dealership and he sounds like a great guy. I will follow up with details and how everything goes. Sounds like i may have found me a new dealership!

Btw, my car is stock (w/ a boost gauge), so hopefully there will be no issues with the warranty work.

make sure you verify what fluids they are putting in. I called in regards to getting my acd fluid in, and they didnt know what fluid goes there. I had to convince them which one went in the acd.

I brought my car from Key. The buying experience was just ok, but as far as the service department, from the look of it. I would stay away from there at all cost. They're very incompletent.

I'm going there on Monday to get some alignment work done--the same work they said they did a few weeks back.

Friendly guys, but overall I'm going to give a thumbs down to the Milford service department. When I first got the car I went there on a Saturday for an oil change; they told me I could bring it "anytime" without mentioning the service department closes at 12. Naturally when I rolled up at 12:15 all the service guys said I had to come back. Grrr.

Purchasing the car from their Wallingford dealership was an enjoyable, pressure-free experience however.

well, if you look at my above post, they DIDNT know what fluid went into my ACD. I knew what fluid goes into my ACD. They are supposedly the experts. Isnt that enough reason.

I wasn't quoting you. I wanted to know why the other guy said he would stay away.

I ended up getting an appointment for this past monday. They had the car the whole week and addressed everything i mentioned. The car feels great! Transmission feels brand new, smooth as butter. The wheel bearing was replaced and that quieted up the car a whole lot.

Thanks KEY!
