Anybody in MA have problems with exhaust laws or emissions. Thinking about getting the megan resonated tbe but im thinking i should get a tbe with a cat. Anyway if anyone has the megan tbe is it loud? Thanks for any help i can get, im under 18 so and the jol driving laws are kind of strict so im nervous about the exhaust but i want one really bad.
