Convincing evidence that crooks do work @ Five Towns Mitsubishi!!!

Customers streamed in and out of the Five Towns Mitsubishi yesterday, perhaps drawn by a sign in its window that reads, “Bad Credit, No Problem. You work, you drive.”
The general manager, Ilan Leviev, said he was unaware of any police investigation into the dealership and did not believe one was under way. Mr. Bostic worked on and off as a salesman for about two and a half years, he said, and was an affable employee. “It’s sad to say, he was a great guy. I never had any problems with him,” Mr. Leviev said of Mr. Bostic. “I just can’t believe it happened.”
Mr. Leviev also said he had no idea that Mr. Bostic and his friends might have been stealing and driving around in cars. He also said Mr. Ellis never worked there, as one friend of his has said, but that he regularly dropped in to visit Mr. Bostic.
He knew about Mr. Bostic’s criminal record, he added, but decided to hire him anyway.
“I believe in giving people second chances. You give him a job, maybe you get him off the street,” he said. “Every now and then, you have a bad apple.”
