Well i did my undergrad at University of Hartford. and am there again for my Masters.

Ive had the evo for about 2 years and never really met anyone around here that had one. I even cruised a couple times on the pike with some friends that i met with srt's and what not. I used to be a big mopar guy. still have my neon lol. I put way too much money into it to sell it. This was before the srt4 came out so its just a built up neon with a N/A 420a in it. Fun car for sure.

Any of you guys around the Hartford area meet up ever?

there are few meets on pike on different spots, but im not a huge fan of it because of all cops and hondas with fart cans on.. but if you want, we can head down to some meets on weekends... there are some meets by rout 6 and 66.. something like that.. I heard it is pretty good, I have to check it for myself too

 

ethan what's master program are you doing?

also, the pike is not a good place to meet especially if you have a loud car since cops are notorious in pickin you up. if anyone have any knowledge of any good twisty back road, we should set up a date and do a foliage run.

I think i was just messing with the search when i was board and typed in hartford ct or something similar and it pinged this thread at the top. I was surprised that other people actually saw it and kind of aided in bringing it back from a years rest .

jkaky - My masters is electrical engineering. I did my undergrad in Audio engineering and Electrical engineering as well. Audio being the primary degree. The first electrical was just an associates that was kind of tacked on.

I would also think that a foliage run would be sweet. I really don't have any good pictures of my car, especially with other evo's. I may have to sell it soon because of my commute to school and paying for school. I'm somewhat in the market for a talon tsi or eclipse gsx maybe a gst if i can live with FWD. Long story short i need some nice pictures before she goes. (hopefully it doesn't have to though)

Hey I'm at university of hartford too. Saw a silver MR there couple days ago in one of the parking lots wouldn't happen to have been you? It had NY plates i think.
