Theres a meet at the shop next friday the 28th, we also would like to help evo-ny member StevoO who got diagnosed with cancer, so its a chance to hang out and get to know Evo/Dsm and other car enthusiast community members and also help Steve so if u can come out let other people know.

Exit 32n off the Southern State, which will put u on 110. Take 110 to Allen blvd which is 2 lights down, make right on Allen blvd then take Allen to Grand ave, make right turn on Grand and u will see the shop right there on the left side as u drive up the street.
As many of you may already know one of our brothers got diagnosed with cancer a couple of weeks ago. He has to come out of pocket for his surgery in November and the bills are going to be huge. This is a time for all of us to chip in and do what we can. Next Friday night I am organizing a meet at Toplevel Performance in Farmingdale. We will be raffling off some goodies and passing the hat around to collect money for the Steve O fund. If you ever wondered what it is like to ride in a 700 WHP evo, you will get your chance to find out. Ricky will be offering thrill rides for a donation of $20.Please talk it up among your friends and lets try to have a good turnout. We are working on food and music to make a party out of this. Kick off time will be around 8PM. Please post if you can come.

Hey man and yea we hope it does, just want to do wut we can to help him and yes the same grey evo. The tc went and got another one put in and we are at the iss event today

thats really nice of ricky and the crew great guys,great shop.ricky,trevor whut's up man sorry i have not been out there so much stuff going on in my life to, i really am sorry i will be there this thursday thanks agian..............no shop has ever treated as niceas ricky and his crew and i never met somebody that knows as much as he does about evo's.......

The reason that no one can get to the link is that you have to be an official EvoNY member to get to the member's only section where this thread is. I copied the original post from Steve right after he found out about the cancer. You will find it below. EVONY is really pulling together as a club for our brother. We have raised some cash and some vendors are giving donations to raffle off on Friday night. If anyone wishes to make a paypal donation please send it to Steven directly at steven321o@yahoo.com . 2yrs ago i pulled my hamstring, within a week i had a lump on my right inner thigh.
Not thinking of anything i never went to the doctor thinking i pulled my hamstring bad.
Tuesday the 11th of Sept. i had some pain on my leg that i could not walk normal, thats when
i decided to go see a doctor. (Stupid me why i waited so long, i don't know) To make a long store
short because its hard for me to talk about it right know. I have cancer.
I am seeing this doctor that does not take insurance starting within a month. He is the best and
my life is priceless. He is going to save my leg but i hope it didnot travel to my lungs. Today i will be
going for more test to make sure it did not travel anywhere else in my body. Wish me good luck.
The evo might be parted out and sold if the bills come out to an amazing amount. That is my
last resort.

What a shocker.
I just turn 31yrs old this August thinking that i am healthy.
As a baby being sick at birth i fought to survive, 14 yrs old i had brain surgury i survived again.
After the brain surgury the doctors said i will never speak read or write, not even walk again.
Being a vegatable i could not live like that, so i fought and i won again.
Sept 11 2007 i was dignose with cancer and now i will fight once again.
I have a 10yrs old girl and wife that loves me so much. I have more to fight for now.

look for somebody who will take insurance. better yet university hospitals that have a lot of support and research and are usually in the forefront of cancer treatments. pm sent $$.
