DSM Shootout pics (56k not so much)

***Mods please move if this is the wrong forum, it's like my 4th post on here

I went to the DSM shootout today and took some pics. I'm not a DSM/EVO guy but I love watching the faster cars and knew a few people running and one of the sponsers. Enjoy.

John Shepard ran 9.9x in his EVO (not the talon) with a Shearer HTA 35r kit and E85 for fuel.

The blue AWD Colt pictured with the Tial GT42r (that coating is amazing) ran a 10.5x.

I didn't catch that many times, but I think the announcer said there were 15 cars faster than 10.0. Which seems right because the blue Colt qualified 17th with the 10.5x and made it to the quick 16 because another racer didn't make it to the staging lanes.

Gotta love the 4G63

Nice pics man. No pictures of the blue RWD 1g Talon? He ran 8.9 @ 156 & placed 2nd in Q16 (car did not start in the finals...) Love seeing the X's racing though...

Wish I was there too But I suppose being at your own wedding is a little more important...

No, and I apologize. I had the camera with me but forgot the charged battery. I'm sure there will be some vids on youtube popping up in the next few days. Lots of the racers had cameras in their cars.

Also, the only pics of the blue RWD 1G I got were behind the Red RWD 1G.
