It was a pleasure meeting all you guys. Hope you all made it home without incident. I did wash my car when I got home and too my surprise, there was only one new rock chip. My weekend was pretty awesome all-in-all. Hope to meet up with you guys again someday. Drive safe and slow!!!

hey man, let's hang out sometimes. you're still in touch with Miggle right? I'll get Serg and we'll head out for some drinks after work or on the weekend.

On the way back, i was leading 3 EvOs and we're had some fun but still managable. the good thing is that no one, even from the start to the end of the cruise day got a ticket nor plowing their cars into dividers, trees or whatever else on the street. There were some complaints about the initial turn with lots of rocks and pebbles, i apologize for that.

it seems like everyone really like the drive and not care much about pictures. i'll take this into consideration if i ever decided to lead another cruise day. i don't know if we should do like a track day or something, so everyone can learn how to control their cars better.

damage report... my lower lip bumper is frikin cracked. OH well ... small price to pay for such fun. anyone else have any other damage on their car other than rock chips and minor stuffs?

i'm also looking for any other suggestion or ideas on what we can do to have some fun during snow season... maybe find an empty parking lot and .....

there are about 8 or 9 videos.. each about 4 to 5 min long.. so u r looking into little over half hour show... its not professional camera and it wasn't cell phone, so its somewhere in the middle..

does anyone know some nice road, with curves, with no trees around, so we can have some "Tokyo drift" in a snow...

but there is a empty lot at expo center, but i think a wide road would be a bit better..

Immature is when you go blasting past 9 cars while crossing a double yellow to make your escape. Immature is street racing. Immature is exceeding your own driving limits and/or the limits of your car. Immature is when you have a complete lack of respect for your life as well as the lives of the other drivers around you.
I would say we were pretty mature except for one incident that was beyond our control.
And another thing, when driving spiritedly in a group, turn your fricken lights on. It's important for safety reasons.

When I drive out in Riverton or rt44 --> rt7, I move with far more composed authority than what we've experienced on Sunday. Speeds in Riverton have to be held pretty low, probably never above 60. In certain areas, anything more than that and you are SURE to end up in the Farmington River upside down. Rt44--> rt7 is a whole different ballgame. Assuming minimal traffic, it is guaranteed that this trip will be the most fun you will ever have in CT. I've even ventured into NY on occasion after arriving in South Kent.

Yeah, it was pretty funny... with a whole lot of sh#t talking. But it's all good. I enjoyed it. I wish there was a little more action though. All the fun was at the very front of the pack.

Mirebih, if your passengers really want to see how I drive, tell them they can meet me @ Ontrack Karting in Wallingford almost any Friday evening between 5-10 pm. They can also try to meet me at Endurance Karting next summer @ Limerock. Or even F1 Boston's outdoor event next summer. If they can best my fastest lap or average lap time at anyone of those events, then we can talk about a rally on the backroads of CT. I'm intersted in seeing how your passenger who filmed these vids drives a kart. Also, I play GT5 prologue on the PS3 regularly, he can race me there if he likes. I love a challenge.

Ok i didn't really know what happen and why he decided to do that, but honestly, let's not drill him too much about it. granted i specifically asked not to do such things but it was a harmless mistake and to his own credit, he held up pretty good while following me so he knows how to control his car.
Now i'm not saying that i'm a good driver or anything but taking fast corner in the street is so much more dangerous than do it track, autox, karting therefore you really have to know what you're doing; you need to control your car and make sure that it's safe for you, your passenger and the people surrounding you hence you have to be really focus and careful.

ALso maybe next time you can lead us through that route. it sounds like a good place to have some fun. i dont know about other but while leading, there aren't any curve that i dont take seriously. granted i might have more experience than you guys since i did a trial run and sat through another one so i guess my speed through that curve could considered too fast for some.

anyway ... maybe we can have a karting get together sometimes this year.this could be a good excerise for those who want to play in a control and safe environment. beside, it's frikin boring around here so let's try to do something together as a group and have some fun while doing it.

Only my first sentence of that first quote was directed towards that individual as I did understand his motives. Everything else..... just general statements regarding behavior that is undesirable. Sorry I didn't make that clear.
Also, leading is easier when you know the skill/maturity level of those you are driving with. The same goes for following. I think you did a pretty good job leading. Some folks just wanted to take it easy while others seemed a bit timid. This caused a pretty good gap. The rocks and debris didn't help either.

Jake, I'm actually meeting up with Miggles tonight. I'll mention a possible get together for a Friday night. It might be kind of tough though because of his little ones.
