sounds shady to me too..... so today they said that they were calling the cops to get the investigation started. so i told them ok. i called back later and he told me they were going to be there in fifteen minutes. i though, alright, its all going to get taken care of. my insurance company called me tonight and told me the cops had never been called and i needed to call them first thing in the morning..... :-( this **** i shady!!!

as for silky, dude that place must have taken you for a chump. go down there, demand to see their security tape if available, ask for who's working that day and night if applicable, get all the names and give it to the police. once you bring in the police, these guys will back down and start behaving. good luck with it and hopefully your next ride will be better. though try to remember to drive a little bit more careful
