Body Shop in NE for Sanding and Re-Clearing Wing
Who in the northeast has had their VIII wing sanded and re-cleared, where did you get it done and how much did it cost? I saw Ultimate Collision Center can do this, but they are a bit of a drive at a couple of hours from Hartford, CT.
Local Mitsu dealership would not touch it. It's really not that bad off.
Also, I have seen the DIY instructions, but would prefer to get this done professionally.

Thanks for the input / advice.
But, having just fixed the stuck heater knob and sunroof motor on my ‘03, I can say I am more of a mechanical guy. I’ve done some minor Bondo work over the years and was never really happy about the way it turned out. For the $150 or so I think this is going to cost to bring the wing back, it’s (I still think) worth it to me to make sure it gets done right.

hes had a 9 sec car built there, i doubt he has had the need to have a factory wing cleared. just give atx a call. i have never heard anything negative about them. im sure u will be satisfied.
I actually got my 2005 EVO8's wing warrantied. I guess it's a good thing being a salesman and all the techs loving the **** out of you. w00t!
But, I've seen it done DIY style and come out pretty close to perfect if the time is taken.
