is there any meets going on? we NYC guys really should meet and discuss shops and vendors, things u cant say on the form. i have met with a few members here who are newbies and got a lot of info, would love to share my experience and what i have heard from other. just over all support. i am also mechanically inclined.

Hey whatsup NoobSybot i remember buying the manifold from you a few weeks ago.. I really wish I saw this thread ALOT sooner.... I have a about 7 evos in my crew now.. some of them new to Evos & we were usually ending up at Lowered Congress & other meets in Queens/Long Island this summer just to be out & enjoy the cars (Nothing EVO specific though)... Would be nice to meet other Evo owners specifically in our area to discuss local tuners Pro/Cons, Experiences, maybe parts sales/swap Etc,. I & about 3 other cars I know are looking to get tuned / work done & what cant be said on the forum is better in person anyway...

Looks like The Sports Authority on Northern Blvd has favorable votes for Friday / Saturday....can we confirm a meet before the weather turns maybe this weekend (Sep 6/7th) Also if we plan to do a meet Im sure everyone would appreciate at least a weeks notice due to schedules, wife, work, kids etc...
Also For the most part we would meet up at the target/Mcdonalds lot in Whitestone near the movie theatres since its close to the highways & never had a cop interrupt once..some ppl have been going there on Weds since the big meet last month in honor of a Subaru girl who passed away... this way it wouldnt be just us there would be other cars also
