Blue EVO CT Plates?
Hey guys, I'm trying find out the suspension & wheels setup of this Bad *** Evo.
He was at the Evo vs Sti in e-town in Sep. I believe....Anyone know the owner.

taking some wild guesses here...
looks like it can be the ralliart wheels but in the angle the spokes look too thin to be the ralliarts.
another guess for some reason i want to say g-games or pro-drives
