$100 I have no pictures or anything, but it has no flange on it to bolt up to the cat/test pipe, if you can get one welded on your all set. All hangars and stuff are still on it.

Its an N1 style exhaust, with 3" piping all the way through.

the exhaust is a Tsudo brand. just saw the stamp on the muffler
